SUPPLIER SHOWCASE 52 NOVEMBER 2018 Additive Manufacturing Sintavia is a leading Tier One additive manufacturer for critical industries, including aerospace & defense, oil & natural gas, and power generation. No other independent Tier One additive manufacturer has the same vertically aligned quality system and successful track record of working with OEMs to produce optimized metal AM parts for existing and future programs. To learn more, visit P R O D U C T S / S E R V I C E S Sintavia 6545 Nova Dr. Ste. 207 Davie, FL 33317 U.S.A. Phone: 954-474-7800 This aluminum heat exchanger features complex internal geometries that can only be produced via additive manufacturing. As an alternative to traditional manufacturing processes such as casting, welding or brazing, Sintavia's powder-bed fusion process allows for features such as conformal cooling inserts and channels, functional integration, complex geometries, lattice networks, and hollow members. Prior to the additive manufacturing process, the AlSi10Mg powder used to create this heat exchanger was tested in our metallurgical laboratory. Finishing for the component was also done in house.
